We do everything we can to ship your parcel as quickly as possible.
If you encounter any issue with your order, our customer service team is at your disposal from Monday to Friday at 8:30am to 12:30pm, and at 1:30pm to 5pm.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
  • It is not possible to modify an order when it is already shipped;
  • IMPORTANT: you must select the delivery method adapted (private individual or professional) when you realise your order. Otherwise, we won't be able to guarantee the parcel;
  • You have the possibility to indicate a shipping address that is different from the billing address;
  • All orders are shipped the same day as they are made, as long as we have the ordered product in stock and that the order has been made before 12am on a business day (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Shipping times:
Shipping times are provided as a guide. Nevertheless, if within 21 working days after the indicated date of shipping, the ordered product has not been delivered for a reason that is incumbent upon EASI-Spare, the sale can be cancelled upon request from the client by sending an email at EASI-Spare at contact@easi-spare.com, except if it is already being processed by EASI-Spare or in case of force majeure.
No compensation and/or late payment penalty may not be applied to EASI-Spare, even in case of cancellation of the order by the client within the conditions described hereinabove.

Control upon receipt of the order:

If you have ordered a technical product, you need to make sure that the product received is functioning properly, as well as to read the instructions supplied.
In case of apparent defect, the buyer can benefit from a right of return under the conditions laid down on this page. Are considered cases of force majeure those which release the seller from his obligation to deliver: war, riot, fire, strike, accident, and the inability to be supplied. Goods always travel at the receivers own risk.

EASI-Spare cannot be held responsible from any damage caused during transport.
For reasons of availability, an order can be delivered in several parts. In this case, we will of course only calculate the shipping cost once.
If you wish to have two different shipping addresses, you need to make two orders and with the associated shipping costs.
 

*Delivery times are settled in working days and for indicative purposes only, provided that the product is available in stock.
