1. Collection of personal data:
EASI-Spare asks its users to provide personal information via a form for the handling and proper processing of orders. The mandatory information is as follows: surname, first name, address, telephone number and e-mail address.
2. Use of personal data:
Personal data are intended for the staff of EASI-SPARE in order to be able to process the orders in the best possible way.
If you subscribe to the EASI-Spare newsletter, the relevant personal data may be transmitted to the staff in charge of distributing it.
3. Transfer of personal data to third parties:
The transfer of data to third parties is carried out in order to finalise and carry out the processing and sending of orders (e.g.: Post Office, GLS etc.).

4. Statistics and Audience Measurement
EASI-Spare may, with your consent, use statistical cookies for audience measurement and analysis, including session tracking and heatmap tools. These cookies collect information about how visitors use a website. For example, the number of visits, the most visited pages, the source of the visit, etc., or certain interactions on the site (mouse movements, clicks, scrolling, pages viewed). This data helps us understand and analyze the user journey on the site and improve it. This data is processed by EASI-Spare staff. The information is not used for any other purposes.
5. Security and abuse protection:
We use Cloudflare services to secure our website and forms against spam and automated attacks. Technical data (such as your IP address) is analyzed to verify query legitimacy and ensure site security. Cloudflare acts as a technical data processor in compliance with data protection regulations.
6. Protection and security of personal data:
EASI-Spare is committed to taking all necessary measures to ensure the protection of personal data. Access is restricted to personnel who need it to perform their duties. Order and invoicing data are retained for 10 years following the end of the financial year. Commercial prospecting data are kept for a maximum of 3 years from the last contact or interaction initiated by the prospect.
7. Right of access, opposition, rectification and deletion of data:
The user has the right to access, question, modify, rectify and delete the data concerning him/her.
