Returns will only be accepted upon prior acceptance by EASI-SPARE*. To do so, the customer must obtain a return number from EASI-SPARE. The cost of return shall be borne by the client. For the return to be accepted by EASI-SPARE, the product must be returned in its original packaging without having been opened. The return must be made to the following address: TECHNIC-ACHAT 9 rue du lugan 33130 BEGLES, FRANCE. After receiving the return, and upon acceptance of the return, EASI-SPARE will refund the amount initially invoiced to the customer, after deduction of the delivery costs (non-recoverable) and the costs of testing and reconditioning the equipment. EASI-SPARE will credit the customer's bank account within a maximum of 30 days.
