Cancellation policy: You have 14 days (from receipt of the items) to make up your mind. To do so, you must obtain a return number from TECHNIC-ACHAT. For the return to be accepted by TECHNIC-ACHAT, the product must be returned in its original, unopened packaging. In the event of an exchange or refund, please return the new item(s) in their original, undamaged packaging, accompanied by any accessories, user manuals and documentation, to the following address: TECHNIC-ACHAT, 9 rue du Lugan, 33130 BEGLES. The customer is responsible for the cost of return postage. If the right of withdrawal is exercised, TECHNIC-ACHAT is obliged to refund the sums paid by the customer, free of charge, with the exception of delivery and return postage costs. The refund will be processed within a maximum of 15 days. (See the Gallonet Act).
