Cost-effective linear axis
The BFlin linear axis is a space saving complete system. This toothed belt linear axis, cost-effective yet efficient, only requires a few pieces.
It uses the TI 40x40 profile 8 slot for guidance. Slides without lubricant with plain bearing guiding. The driving and return units are designed to be compact. The belt tensioner is integrated in the profile. The pulley axes are mounted on bearing in order to operate regularly. The toothed belt return comes through the inside slot of the profile. A highly efficient solution thanks to its compact dimensions and no maintenance design.
The hollow shaft enables the axis to be mounted on the right or on the left side, according to the set up. The BFlin linear axis is sold assembled according to the working stroke requested, ready to be mounted. For cut-to-measure lengths, you can submit a request via quote request.
