Terminals suitable for PROFINET, EtherCAT, EtherNet/IP, DeviceNet and CC-Link:
- Output options: 32 outputs and maximum 48 outputs.
- Inlcude two M12 BUS interfaces, enable wiring communication (daisy-chain), branch connector is not necessary.
- System diagnosis functions: communication diagnosis, communication error, lifespan, short-circuits protection, open circuits inspection, opposite connections protection, undervoltage and overvoltage diagnosis.
- Safe output can be set at any time in module parameter interface. For example, when the bus connection is interrupted, the valve can save the last condition, or be forced to close or open.
- The shielded cable has strong anti-interference capacity and the communication is stable and reliable.
Terminals suitable for IO-Link:
- Suitable protocols: I/O-Link ; general-purpose 5-wire unshielded cables are usd to connect I/O-Link master and exchange data with a PLC.
- "hot swap" support: data is stored in the I/O-LINK master, no need to configure parameters again to replace the valve terminal. The new component is automatically identified and ready to operate, therefore reducing equipment downtime, maintenance costs and improving production efficiency.
- Diagnosis functions: system diagnosis, communication error, short-circuits protection.
- Independent of fieldbus, has a high compatibility with industrial neworks and supplies fieldbus and industrial ethernet.
- Fully digital communication, reducing the accuracy loss due to analogue-to-digital conversions, with a high anti-interference capacity. Maximum transmission distance is 20 metres.
