After checking with my technicians, you will find a small tab behind the power supply that needs to be pulled in order to fix it to the din rail. After seeing the product, it is indeed a bit difficult to pull out, but this allows it to be fixed to the rail without using a clamping collar. Hoping to have provided a solution to your problem.
